BHTC provide for employers a range of the entire employment and business cycle services including: permanent, temporary and contract recruitment; employee assessment and selection; training; outplacement; outsourcing and consulting. 

BHTC also provides security services to sites, persons and delegations and provide the required numbers of guards and escorts trained.
